JAMactive was founded and is run by my husband John Amen and myself Annie Amen. We live a very active lifestyle enjoying martial arts, running, biking and lifting weights. I was always disappointed in the lack of style and quality in typical women's active wear in available in American stores.

After talking to a former co-worker who was from Brazil, John came up with the idea of importing Brazilian athletic clothing to America and selling it online. Together, we started JAMactive and hope to continue to bring more high quality, stylish, exciting athletic clothing to all American women.

We are not new to running a business as a team. We have also been running our local car stereo store together for the past 9 years. Sounds Incredible Mobile is known for us, and our reputation for excellent customer service and quality products. We hope to create the same reputation when it comes to this business as well.
